1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, marijuana, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.

2. Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10 pm - 7 am.

3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.

4. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay (not included in the booking total). The extra cleaning fee per pet is $100. There is a 2-pet maximum, and only cats/dogs are allowed. If discovered afterward, this fee doubles.

5. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee.

6. Standard check-out is 10 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout, and it is a $30/Flat fee. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If the guest remains in the unit past check-out time without requesting a late check-out, a $50 fee will be charged with no exceptions. Please just ask!

7. Standard check-in is at 4 pm. You'll need to request early check-in at the time of booking and is available. The fee is $20/hr. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time.

8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.

9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door or a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve the delivered mail.

11. Both parties require respectful and friendly vocabulary. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.

12. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.

13. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to the immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
